I’ll give you some tips that you can put into practice to get a flat abdomen.
Tip Number One
Avoid using too much salt. I know this is super rare, and it’s not that salt turns into fat, but that salt retains a lot of fluids. Then many times we see ourselves more fuller than usual in the stomach part.
We can spend hours training and dieting, but if we don’t stop consuming salt, we will not be able to have a flat stomach.
So…. Try to avoid sausages, canned foods that contain a lot of sodium. The more natural you eat, the better it will be for your body and to achieve the results you want to see.
Tip Number Two
This tip is also related to fluid retention. I recommend that you consume plenty of pineapple and green tea, as those two natural diuretics. Diuretics means it helps you expel excess water so that you look drier.
Then I love eating pineapple in the morning. And green tea if I drink it all day long. If I’m not drinking coffee I’m drinking green tea, but either one of us serves super well. Although they are super natural options, and also that we get them anywhere. Then it would be great if you tried to drink at least 3 cups of green tea a day. And also eat a portion of pineapple!
Tip Number Three
It is based on helping your digestion, helping your body to expel all those toxins and avoid looking full. How is this achieved? One of the main ways to achieve this is by consuming papaya. Breakfast papaya is excellent, as it will help you with the digestion all day long!
Another option is flaxseed and chia seeds. Both help digestion as well as being an excellent source of protein.
Another way to activate our metabolism and be always active is every 3 hours. And I mean eating small portions of food. This will keep our digestive system going fast and active. Thus avoiding fat accumulation!
Water and Exercise are The Key
Don’t forget to drink water, as it helps us cleanse our stomach, make digestion easier and help us feel fuller with less food! Also, if you exercise, it’s important to keep your muscles hydrated. This will facilitate its development while helping you eliminate abdominal fat.
In addition to weight training, don’t forget aerobic exercise, which will help you get a great flat abdomen. No matter what type of exercise you start to do, the important thing is to keep it consistent in both your training and your diet.
I forgot to tell you something super important and that is to eat slowly and chew all the food very well. First so that your body can actually absorb the nutrients and vitamins from all your food. Second to avoid filling you with gas, because when you eat like this you hurry up and fill yourself with gas and feel like you are too heavy and look bloated.
Then try to take your time, enjoy the moment to be eating. Another thing I love to do for a much flatter abdomen is to eat lots of healthy fats. I’m not really much of a fry lover myself. Firstly because I don’t like them, and secondly because I don’t like the feeling of having greasy lips. But it’s a matter of choice.
